   Funny, those instruments don’t look THAT small. Like they’re 3/4 scale at most.

   I liek thier weightlifter tshirts though.

   Similar story- back in the late 80′s I was working at MCV medical library and happened to see a band warming up before playing a courtyard concert. They all had brand-new matching mini-equipment: tiny Fender Champ amps, 3/4 scale guitars, and a lil’ trap set with a 14″ kick. I assume they were all med students because the name of the band, silkscreened on the bass head, was some anatomical term (with a crude outline of whatever organ it was.) Anyway the best thing was the singer, who looked like a 22-year old Huey Lewis, wearing Ray-Bans and practicing his “mike-stand moves” (dipping and spinning) while the rest of the doctors tuned up. Too bad I missed the actual show– but that was enough for me really.

   It would be great if they showed up to the gig on mini-superbikes.
