I have a kind of nostalgic affection for this band… they aren’t the most awesome new wave band, but they remind me of first discovering WHFS in the 80′s. They didn’t quite have the hit-making abilities of contemporaries like Talking Heads or B-52′s, but they did have solid musicians who apparently sounded decent live. Also — I just realized that Su Tissue is the female Bruce Merkle, or vicey-versey.

The 2008 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade was rickrolled live, by Rick himself. Please, let’s somehow make sure Rick Astley and Bobby McFerrin are never in the same room together.
