Thinkabout
10 years or so ago, when I finally figured out where the group Boards Of Canada derived their name, I harkened back to my young age where I myself really had an odd attraction to random PBS children’s programming. In a sense, the loopy music, the vague lessons of life learned in each episode, it was truly my first attraction to psychedelia…yet of course, I didn’t realize that at the time. This theme song, to the series “Thinkabout”, in particular has always has a deep meaning to me: without a doubt, it’s a song that constantly lingers in the back of my brain…and actually, I don’t mind it at all…
