My band, having practiced and recorded in obscurity for 2 years, is going to have our first show. We go on around 9pm. There are two more heavy bands after us along the vein of Shellac/Unwound/Jesus Lizard. So, it will rock. Our thing is a bit more 60s/70s garage-inspired. I finally did it! Chicago-style deep-dish chili-dog pizza.

I made this for a letterpress printing class I’m taking, I will be printing it in the next couple of weeks. No, it makes no sense; it is pretty much pure WTF. That said, I think it would be cool to create a lady equivalent and sell them as Men’s & Women’s room signs.

There’s a great shot of the side of Seanomenon’s head seven seconds into this video, and it’s full of models wearing lingerie from the brand I work for, including several ensembles I designed. :)

My PC died about a month and a half ago but, not having a computer actually allowed to start drawing again. I got a new laptop last Friday, so hopefully it won’t kill my little drawing spree too soon. There’s more clowns here.

I told some of you about this contest I entered at Dumm comics… I just found out about it the day before it was due and literally spent 24 consecutive hours making it. It is far from perfect — in fact I was much more proud of it in the delerium of no sleep, plus I think I have some real issues with my color profile on my cintiq, but I thought I’d share it anyway. I didn’t win, but they posted all the “honorable mentions” here. Mine is the tenth one down, I think, Skadi in spring. Skadi is the Wednesday weekly webcomic on dumm by Katie Rice and Luke Cormicon.

Do I need to make a “show off” or “i made this” tag? Would anyone use it besides me?
